The Full Story
Built by the Game,
Driven by the Work
I have been playing softball since I was 2 years old. I fell in love with the game at a very young age and have not stopped since. Softball shaped who I am both on and off the field, the discipline, the work, the passion, the teamwork. It's not just a sport to me. It's everything.
I played competitive travel softball with the Texas Bombers Gold from age 9 through 17, earning the Bomber Way Award, given to the teammate who best represents the heart and culture of the program. In high school I was a three-time 1st Team All-District selection, two-time All-State, TAPPS Division I State Champion, and team captain. I was also honored with the Sportsmanship Award given to one athlete across my entire high school.
"I enjoy lifting up my teammates and doing whatever I can to help my team win. Being a great teammate and bringing positive energy to the field is something that is very important to me."
In college I played my freshman year at Providence College, where I finished with a .333 batting average, second highest on the team. I transferred to Wagner College, where I became a team captain, posted a .523 on-base percentage (the highest in my conference and ranked nationally), and led my team to its first ever D1 NEC Championship. I scored the winning run. We made the NCAA Regionals for the first time in school history. That's what I'm made of, and that's what I bring to every athlete I coach.
